UNMC Parking Garage Demolition

PROJECT SCOPE

The University of Nebraska Medical center entrusted Valley Corporation with not only the complete demolition of a 4 story parking garage, but also with the installation of a subsequent parking lot. Work on this demo job began in June of 2013 and was completed in December of that same year.

MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK

• Demolition of 4-story parking structure
• 3,100 SY parking lot installation
• Relocation of temporary offices
• Installation of rain garden
• 210 LF of site storm sewer
